Our Guarantee
If you have purchased one of our birds and have
any questions, comments, or concerns, don't
hesitate to contact us at 715-561-5564. We do
welcome updates on how your new bird is doing
also!
Our birds are guaranteed healthy & free from all
disease at the time of purchase.
We recommend that you take the time (before
purchase) to find your nearest qualified avian
veterinarian to help you in case of an emergency.
Due to circumstances beyond our control we can
only offer a 15 day health guarantee on your bird
purchase.
All sales are final, except described in the
conditions listed below.
All of the conditions below must be met by the
buyer, or this guarantee is null and void.
1. Buyer must have the bird examined by a
qualified avian veterinarian within 15 days of
purchase (at buyer's expense). We recommend you
make this appointment before purchase.
If proven by a qualified avian veterinarian that the
bird was ill before purchase, Wisconsin Parrots
will (at our discretion) replace the bird with
another bird (of the same kind) or refund purchase
price.
2. Wisconsin Parrots must be notified of any
changes in your birds health within 15 days of
purchase.
3. Leg band must remain on bird.
4. If bird dies within 15 days, buyer must place
bird in sealable plastic freezer bag (or storage
bag) and place in refrigerator (not freezer). Buyer
must deliver deceased bird to a qualified avian
veterinarian for a necropsy (at buyer's expense)
within 24 hours of death.
If, after examination, it is found that the bird died
from any form of injury, neglect, dehydration,
malnutrition, hand-feeding accident, or improper
care, this guarantee is null and void.
We do reserve the right to get a second opinion
from our avian vet (at our expense) if you
experience a problem within the 15 day guarantee
period.
